What they sell
A catalog built around buying outright: equipment, trailers, vehicles and the occasional hot rod. It shares visual DNA with M&K Rentals from when the two were under common ownership, and after the split both owners liked the look enough to keep it.
What the admin does
Staff add and edit listings, upload and reorder photos with optimization on the way in, and see live counts of what is listed, what has sold and what the lot is carrying. Multiple accounts, so nobody is sharing one password.
Cross-lot transfers
M&K Sales shares a live inventory database with J&M Trailer in Montana. A unit moving between the two lots is a field change on one record, which is why the two catalogs can never drift out of sync.

The same admin, on the demo lot rather than this dealer’s own. A client’s admin shows live inventory and staff accounts, so it goes up only once they have signed off on what is visible in it.
