Hours, attachments and serials, as real fields.
Used equipment sells on condition and numbers. The listing has to carry them and the filters have to use them, or a buyer cannot narrow your yard down to the two machines they want.

A yard already running on it
M&K Sales in Sheridan carries equipment, trailers and the occasional hot rod, and their staff runs the catalog themselves. Their inventory also shares a live database with a trailer dealer in another state, so units move between the two lots without being re-keyed.
If you run more than one yard, how a machine transfers between them is the part that decides whether the system helps or gets in the way.
Everything the platform doesWhat an equipment listing has to carry
The fields are the product. Get them wrong and the catalog is a photo album with prices on it.
Hours, and what they do to the price
An hour meter is the number a used-equipment buyer opens with. It belongs in the listing, in the filter and in the sort, not buried in a spec table nobody scrolls to.
Attachments are inventory too
A bucket, a thumb, a set of forks. They are units in their own right and they also attach to other units. Listing them as loose accessories loses the sale where a machine and its attachment go together.
Serial numbers, kept properly
Serials follow a machine through financing, lien checks and service history. They need to be a real field on the record rather than something typed into the description.
Filters a buyer actually uses
Machine class, make, year, hours and price. A yard full of skid steers is not browsable by photo, and a buyer who cannot narrow it leaves.
Photos shot at the machine
Walk the row, shoot the machine and the hour meter, upload from the same phone. Equipment sells on condition and condition is shown, not described.
Machines that move between yards
A machine sitting at the wrong location is a machine not selling. Moving it is a change on the record rather than a delete on one site and a retype on the other.

A yard's fields, in the admin every dealer on this platform runs.
What your buyers actually type
A buyer who cannot put an hour ceiling on a search does not narrow your yard, they leave it.
A build already running on this
Each write-up covers the screens, the admin behind it, and what the staff actually does with it.
