Your agreed website design and pages, a scoped content or inventory import, domain cutover, staff training and launch checks. The listed setup price is where a standard launch starts. Business Lite covers up to five main pages; larger page counts, complex migrations and multi-location launches are priced in the written scope before work begins.
You retain your domain, content, inventory data and the frontend deliverables purchased under your agreement. Bighorn Byte retains the shared admin platform and its code. Hosted admin access and integrations end when your subscription ends; they are not transferred with the website. The agreement sets out the handover, data export and any work needed to run the frontend with another provider.
No. Website packages are month to month, and either side can cancel with 30 days’ notice. Your package rate is fixed for the first twelve months, including the scheduled end of the new-customer offer, and any change after that comes with 30 days’ notice. Setup is billed once and is not refunded.
Yes. We review your content, inventory, photos and export access before quoting. The agreed migration is included in setup, with domain cutover and redirects planned for launch. Complex cleanup, unavailable exports or inventory spread across several lots can change the scope and are priced before work starts.
Dealer Pro. It runs multiple dealership locations from one admin, shares inventory across your lots and moves a unit between lots as a single transfer instead of a delete and re-entry. Dealer Lite and Dealer Standard cover one location each.
No. Dealer packages do not charge per inventory unit, photo or customer lead. Additional brands, custom workflows or unusual service requirements are scoped with you in advance. External distribution services, advertising and payment processing can have their own fees.
Yes. The Sales tab is included on Dealer Standard and Dealer Pro at no extra charge. It covers estimates, sales orders, invoices, deposits, payments and customers, and it keeps them in your own QuickBooks Online company, so it needs your own separately billed QuickBooks Online subscription.
It is in development now. When it ships, an agent posts the dealership's inventory to Facebook Marketplace on the dealer's behalf. Meta catalog sync is a separate feature and is available today on Dealer Standard and Dealer Pro.
Standard website packages include optional hosting for up to five custom-domain mailboxes. Dealer Pro includes up to fifteen. These are staff mailboxes, not email marketing or newsletters. You can keep your current provider. Mailbox continuity after a website subscription ends is agreed before offboarding.
A small content change is an update to existing text, photos, hours or similar page content that Bighorn Byte makes for you on request. Your staff can edit inventory and supported content in the admin as often as they like without using the allowance. New pages, redesigns, custom code and integrations are quoted separately.
